Who we are

StageReveal is a service of The SaaS Guy (TheSaaSGuy), operated by Illés István Kristóf, a sole trader in Budapest, Hungary (full details below). These terms apply when you order from stagereveal.thesaasguy.app (also reachable at stagereveal.pages.dev). StageReveal is built for real-estate professionals, but anyone may order.

What you get and when

Virtual staging (one listing)

• Up to 10 empty-room photos virtually staged in your chosen style (modern, Scandinavian, warm classic, coastal, or our pick).
• A 9:16 before/after Reel (1080×1920) without music, with the "Virtually staged" label and an optional end card.
• Your untouched originals back with every order.
• Delivered within 24 hours of receiving your photos, by email.

Monthly plan

• 25 staged photos per month and a Reel for every listing, each delivered within 24 hours. See Monthly plan.

Closing-gift watercolor portrait

• One AI watercolor of the house from one photo you send, with the name line you choose (e.g. "The Millers · est. 2026"), as print-ready files sized for 8×10 and 5×7 frames.
• Delivered within 24 hours. The 5-pack gives you five portraits to use whenever you like; it never expires.
• We print nothing and ship nothing physical: you get digital files.

Free sample

DM "STAGE" to @saas_factory on Instagram for one free watermarked sample of your own room. Samples are previews, not for use in listings.

The 24-hour clock starts once we have your photos (and, for paid-first orders, your payment). Very dark or blurry photos may need a reshoot; we'll tell you quickly if so.

Prices and payment

• One listing: $5 · Monthly: $1 for the first 7 days, then $14 per month · Portrait: $5 · Portrait 5-pack: $20.
• Prices are in US dollars, are final and include any VAT that applies. Nothing is added at checkout. Your bank may charge its own currency conversion fee.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. Where the page offers pay-after-delivery instead, you get a watermarked preview first and the full files after you pay.

Monthly plan

• Starts at $1 for the first 7 days with the full monthly allowance, then renews automatically at $14 per month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal: Manage subscription (log in with the email you subscribed with). Cancel before day 7 and you pay only the $1.
• When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and then stops. We don't refund part-used periods, except where these terms or the law say otherwise.
• Invoices and receipts are in the billing portal too.

Redo and refunds

• 1 free redo per photo (or per portrait), with different notes or a different style.
• If, after the redo, we still can't get it right, for example the room's structure changed, we refund that listing (or portrait) (if you haven't paid yet, you don't pay for it).
• If we don't deliver, you get a full refund. If we miss the 24-hour delivery time, you can cancel any undelivered order for a full refund.
• Ask by email or Instagram DM. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

AI-made images and labels

• Furniture and decor are added with AI (Google Gemini), and portraits are AI-made watercolors. A person checks every image before delivery.
• Every staged image carries a visible "Virtually staged" label. We only add furniture and decor: walls, doors, windows, floors, fixtures and views are never changed, and we don't hide damage or defects.
• Please keep the label on, show the original where your MLS or local rules require it (for example California AB 723), and follow your MLS's own rules. You're responsible for how you use the images in listings.

Your photos and using the results

• You must own the photos you upload, or have permission to use them (you confirm this when you order), and they mustn't break anyone's rights or the law.
• You let us use your photos only to make and deliver your order. We never post them or the results without your written permission.
• Once paid for, you can use the staged photos, Reel and portraits anywhere your MLS and local rules allow, including portals and social media.

Your 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumers)

If you buy as a consumer (not for your business) in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because we start on your order right away, by placing an order you ask us to begin within the 14 days and agree that your right to withdraw ends once the order has been fully delivered.

Before full delivery you can still withdraw: email [email protected] with a clear statement (for example "I withdraw from my order of [date]") and we refund what you paid for the undelivered order within 14 days, to the same payment method. Our redo and refund promises above apply on top of this, whether you're a consumer or a business.

If something goes wrong

• We do the work with care and a person checks every image. If a result isn't right, the redo and refund rules above are your remedy, alongside any rights the law gives you that can't be excluded.
• For business customers, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow a limit (for example for intent or gross negligence).
• We're not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control (for example a provider outage). If that happens we'll tell you and you can cancel any undelivered order for a full refund.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. Please email us first; most things are solved quickly. If we can't agree, consumers can turn to a conciliation board (békéltető testület), for Budapest the Budapest Conciliation Board, or to the courts. Otherwise the courts of Budapest have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms (for example when prices or plans change). The version shown when you ordered applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest change.
